Thus, the motive of a cheap IT service is not realized, because someone needs time to get acquainted with the environment, as well as the increased risk of other problems that arise unintentionally due to the lack of exposure to the company`s systems. Service contracts do not need to be limited in time. A monthly service contract offers the main benefits necessary for the proper functioning of the network. Forward service contracts must offer added value compared to monthly agreements, e.B fixed prices for the duration. If a fixed price is not possible, a forward deal should herald escalations at the beginning of the deal.

The aim of these ad hoc agreements is to reduce the negative impact of collective redundancies on the labour market.
